My local contractor has little knowledge of how to be a general and my 3 month timeline is approaching a full year. They give me days when workers will be there and then a week later, they show up. Over the years have replaced a few things i thought should have been a better quality wood, but for what it was , was good.

I have a furnace that is not in working condition with temperatures dropping soon, no AC unit and a fireplace that is sitting in the living room and is not connected. I have paid $116,000 and I'm still waiting for my home to be completed. As Wausau Homes is unable to control the time frame of the contractors they recommend or the quality of their work, I would not recommend you use them.
